Reviews are the biggest factor drivers use to choose a garage.
- Ask at handover, when the customer is pleased with the work.
- Send review invites from your portal the same day.
- Put your QR poster at the reception desk.
- Reply to every review, good or bad, within 48 hours.
Never offer incentives for reviews. It breaks our standards and drivers can tell.
